Join us!This job is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and continuous improvement of Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) capabilities used to assess business processes, controls, and risk management practices across the Bank. Key responsibilities include developing an understanding of end-to-end business processes, associated risks and controls, and the underlying data that supports testing activities.
The role works closely with business partners, risk managers, and testing teams to support test development, test execution, results analysis, and reporting activities. Job expectations include contributing to all phases of the testing lifecycle through process analysis, data validation, documentation, issue identification, and the communication of testing results and insights. This position provides opportunities to build expertise in risk management, process analysis, testing methodologies, and data analytics.
