What You'll Do

• Perform thorough residential cleaning: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchens, bathrooms, and more
• Follow detailed checklists and company procedures to ensure top-quality service
• Provide a professional and friendly experience to every client
• Work independently or with a small team while traveling between homes

What You'll Need to Join Our Loving Team

• Availability Monday–Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years
• Your own reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
• Pass personal and driving background checks
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stay physically active for 6–7.5 hours daily
• At least 21 years old with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and dependable nature — we rely on each other!
• Live within a 30-minute drive of Victor, NY

Pay & Benefits Details

• Paid training to get you started confidently
• Commission-based pay after 2–3 weeks of training
• Most full-time cleaners earn between $600–$900/week plus tips and bonuses
• Full-time positions available with flexible scheduling
