This role focuses on managing and improving the Flex ERP system, coordinating with operations, and ensuring smooth operations across departments.. Core Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the Plex ERP system for manufacturing activities.
Develop reports, dashboards, and business analytics
Analyze data and KPIs to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
Troubleshoot issues related to scheduling, materials, or production setups.
Prepare and present daily and periodic reports on efficiency and performance.
Work with inventory, procurement, and production teams to align materials and resources.

Qualifications include:

Proficient with Plex ERP system within a manufacturing company
Experience with BI tools(Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, etc.)
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus
